What do we offer?
We offer all the services to ensure that clients end up booking your apartment.
Reception and departure of the client. We receive your clients in our offices, and later we will accompany them to see your apartment.
We promote your establishment on our website and social media to be sure of your establishment is as visible as possible.
We open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Outside these hours, we collaborate with a 24-hour company to serve any customer.
In case you need cleaning before the client enters, we can provide you with our team to clean your apartment and be in perfect condition.
We offer you the vacation rental contract, and we take care of the formalization with the client.

Apartments started?
Sitges Group Apartments has more than 25 years of history managing the rental of tourist and/or seasonal properties. From the beginning we plan to be at the level of the environment, showing the best of the city to all those who came to visit it. All the apartments we work with have a privileged location, either on the seafront or in the historic center, with his own decoration project.

Sitges Group Apartments is based on a set of values such as a vocation for service, a Mediterranean location, well-being, and vitality. We offer maximum comfort in well-cared retail environments, associating the luxury of the location of your apartments and the added value of providing maximum customer service. We manage 30 apartments in the center of Sitges divided into 6 buildings, 3 of them on the seafront and the other 3 within the old town of Sitges.
We offer a complete service so you don't have any kind of concern, and we will provide the maximum possible visibility to your apartments.
Most of our clients are international clients, with a medium-high socio-economic level. Perfect for families, groups of friends, couples, LGTBQ collective …

Cómo empezó Sitges Group Apartments
Sitges Group Apartments, cuenta con más de 25 años de historia, gestionando el alquiler de inmuebles turísticos y/o de temporada. Desde el inicio se planteó estar al nivel del entorno donde se encontraban mostrando lo mejor de su ciudad a todos aquellos que los visitaran. Todos los apartamentos tienen una situación privilegiada, ya sea en primera línea de mar o en el centro histórico, y con un proyecto propio de decoración cuidado hasta el último detalle.

Gestionamos 30 apartamentos en el centro de Sitges divididos en 6 edificios, 3 de ellos en primera línea de mar y los otros 3 dentro del casco antiguo de Sitges.

Nuestro horario de oficina es de 10h00 de la mañana hasta las 18h00 de la tarde. Fuera de ese horario colaboramos con una empresa de 24 horas para atender a cualquier cliente.
