Security measures have been tightened for you and also for us.

• Our staff protects you with gloves and mask.
• We wash our hand before and after each check-in.
• We use single-use gloves per customer.
• We desinfect the area between each Check-in.
• We adapted our process of check -in so there is no more then two reservations in our office on same time.

The use of a mask is required during the Check-in process

• There are a masks available in our office if you need it.
• Please notify us your arrival and expect to be served by our staff in front of our office, you help us to ensuring that you Will do check-in individually.

Hand washing by hydroalcoholic gel is required

• Hydroalcoholic gel and singel-use gloves are in our office for your disposal.

Our guests can not be accompained during check-in

• The rest of the guests can wait outside of our office.

If you have symptoms of COVID-19 please cancel your reservation

• If you have symptoms compatible with Covid-19 (cough, fever, diarrea, loss of smell / taste, conjuntivitis) or you have been in contact with any diagnosed / possible positive, please change dates of your reservation.

Services and Prices 

• Until the current health situation ends, we Will not offer the extra services, just the transfer to the airport.
• Sitges Group Apartments always wanted to offer the best posible service but our priority at the moment is protect our guests. We kindly ask to all our customers collaborate in this cause and respect all the recommendations. Together we Will get out of this.
